An affinity for logic and passion for math and programming has led me to a career in web and app development. I love a challenge and would be happy to help with your project.
I graduated from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology with a BIT in Game Development and Entrepreneurship. While there, I had the honour of working with some very intelligent and creative people as we tackled each assignment and project. I was often responsible for integrating different developers’ code together, so I wrote very general rule sets and instructions that anyone else’s code could interact with. During the final year, I took up learning web development by myself out of interest. After graduation, I pursued further studies at Durham College’s Web Design program to hone my skills in that area. I found my math and programming skills transferred over very well.
Since then I have worked as a freelance Web Developer and Data Analyst, taking on projects for small businesses to help them grow their web presence and maintaining databases to keep their projects running smoothly. I enjoy learning new technologies and languages, but my favourite part is working with a good team.
